The Dublin Horse Show

The Dublin Horse Show is taking place from today Wednesday, August 9th to Sunday, August 13th in the RDS, Ballsbridge.

The Dublin Horse Show is Ireland’s largest equestrian event, and one of the largest events of the year held in Ireland. It has one of the largest annual prize pools for international show jumping in the world. It was first held in 1864,  the Horse Show is a celebration of Ireland’s affinity with the horse, from the best show horses to the best international show jumpers. It attracts participants and spectators from all over the world.

Over 168 national & international equestrian competitions will take place during the 148th Show, including Friday’s famous Longines FEI Jumping Nations Cup™ for the Aga Khan Trophy.

Regarded as one of the most prestigious annual show jumping competitions in the world, the competition for the Aga Khan Trophy attracts some of the best international horse and rider combinations from around the globe.
